Which Off-Road RC Truck is best for me?

I am looking into buying an RC truck mainly for driving around in all off-road conditions like mud, sand, grass, and lots of water. It has to be completely water proof and very tough. I font mind some maintenance on the truck after running it. I would also use it for the occasional race so it has to be stable and most of all very fast. Pricing doesn’t matter but nothing over 1000$ with all the extra upgrades I will want. Overall just wondering what is the best RC truck?
