I need help with choosing an rc truck?

Ok so ive wanted an rc truck for a while and ive narrowed my choices down to either the Traxxas e-maxx or the Traxxas slash. i need a truck with decent speed that can handle some bashing but also handle good on pavement maybe jumps too (LOL). oh and something with good aftermarket support. please dont say that i should get a totally different truck
(for the record i perfer the slash but (DUH) am not sure witch to get :D)

Get the slash, my bf got it and it takes beatings pretty well, he raced it last weekend and it handled the jumps really well too. if you plan on racing get the lipo battery and make sure its in racing mode and you may want to lower it and adjust the suspension.
