Yes you can buy rc trailers. google “whitebone trailers”. They have a trailer for anything you could want one for. Some for boats, cars, crawlers, and sprint car type with tire holders.
A differential has nothing to do with any trailer. Was you trying to say axle? If so then just take your wheels to home depo or lows and maybe they would have something that would work. Get the leaf springs from your local hobby shop.
