Why won’t my new nitro rc truck start?

I just bought a new RedCat Nitro Volvano T2 3.0cc truck and i charged my brand new glow plug for 5 hours. It started 3 times for around 3 seconds and then stoped. Now it won’t start at all.I tested the glow plug and it works. The engine is not flooded and there are no air bubbles in the fuel lines. Any ideas.

Move the trim next to the throttle to give you more throttle. Be careful though, if it starts it might move away. Or you could adjust the idle screw, 1/4 turn anti clockwise should be enough.
New engines can be quite annoying the first time you try to start them, so don’t worry too much.
